The Restaurant at Hotel Wailea is the only Relais & Châteaux dining room in Hawai‘i. The setting — hillside garden, candlelight, Pacific in the middle distance — is the point as much as the menu. It is a long, deliberate evening, not a turn-and-burn dinner.
